  The ranking system works as follows:     
       
  * Members may be promoted according to their level of activity within the clan.    
  The more active you are, the faster you will climb the ranking ladder.    
       
  * Promotions are to go through a Senior Officers Review Panel before being accepted.    
       
  * Officers will be the clan control panel. An officers' meeting will be held    
  once a week to schedule practice sessions, vote on applicants and    
  discuss the future of the clan.    
       
  * Recruits will start as privates. and will undergo initiation process.    
       
  * Sergeant Major (SGM) Members possess the highest non commissioned rank.    
  Only those who are the most Active/Serious players who deserve this rank will be    
  allowed to get it.    
       
  * It is the duty of the Sergeant Major (SGM) and Sergeants of the clan to be the right    
  hand of the Officers. They will enforce all the rules and will put the rest of the    
  members into line.
